| My dentist has me on a flouride toothpaste called Prevident Plus, it''s a prescription. I use in am and pm according to directions. It really has helped. I hardly ever have a cavity due to the dryness. I also suck on a sugar free cough at night. I tuck it in the my jaw. I wouldn''t recommend it to anyone. My family thinks I will swallow it in my sleep, but I''ve been doing this for 2 years, and never had any problem. It''s the only I can get to sleep because my tongue and palate are on fire. Also, I have 2 dental cleaning a year instead of just one due to my Sjogrens. Hope some of this helps. I sympathize with you. | ||
