| My son is in his 25th year of Type 1 diabetes and when he was diagnosed, we were told that a cure was about 5 years away. He doctors in Boston and I can''t help believing that the pharmaceutical companies have a big role in delaying any cure that may be on the horizon. Why has there not been any news toward a cure for this devastating disease where more and more children are being diagnosed on a daily basis. I am told that now in a Medical Center locally that children who are newly diagnosed with Type 1 are also tested for Celiac disease. I feel that there may be a wheat or guten component in this disease. Is there any research being done on this possibility? thank you. dot dugan dotdugs2004@yahoo.com |

| You''re right, Dot. The big pharmaceutical companies don''t want a cure found! This is big business to them and they need for everybody to be remain sick! It''s horrible! | ||
