| Rich is very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He had previously installed our water softener so when our water heater was leaking I called him and he came out right away and told me it was still covered under warranty and to contact the manufacture. A new one was delivered and I called Rich and he came back out and installed it and even took the old one away. I would highly recommend him!!! | ||
