| Used for a leaking shower/tub leaking faucet. Came on time, was professional, had parts, and was familiar with the equipment. Replaced the internal valve and forgot to turn water on so had to call him back to the house. Then the hot/cold was reversed (in full open position, the shower was cold). Took it apart myself and the valve was oriented opposite it should have been. Put it back together & all was well. Maybe caught him on a bad day but would not use again. Asked him to call me back and never did. |
