| This office is now located at 1450 University Blvd S. Mobile, AL Long story short... I was forced to pay for bleaching trays that I did not want. The staff member told me they would not change the color of my teeth and it would be a waste of money. I received a Complaint letter from Small claims court for $190.00!! I guess they are hard up for business. When I called to get my Xrays they would not give them to me and were very ugly since I did not want to buy the bleaching trays. Since then I have discouraged potential patients and will continue to do so. I do not want this bad business to happen to someone else. Oh and I spoke to a very ugly person in the office named Donna. Very rude/ unprofessional. I would advise to play it safe and stay away from this dental office. |

| Donna is the dentist''s wife... you are not the first person to say she is rude. Take it from someone who has been in the dental field for 35 years.... A dentist''s wife does NOT belong in the dental office. Too much drama | ||

| I have been using Dr. Norstedt for a long time. I have had routine cleanings, xrays, check ups, fillings and even cosmetic whitening done here. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the Mobile area who needs a great dentist. | ||

| I am not a very simply satisfied person, particularly when it comes to my mouth. I have seen a number of dentists, and they always want to do things I do not understand, Dr. Norstedt has never done that, he listens to me and explains why a course of action is needed and he discusses all possibilities with me. The first time I met Dr. Norstedt I had been to an agonizing consultation with another dentist where I was told that the tooth that was causing the pain was not worth saving. Dr. Norstedt told me to have a root canal and crown done instead…I did and I still have my tooth! Dr. Norstedt is very a very capable doctor. I brought my family to the practice and would recommend Cottage Hill Dental and Dr. Norstedt to anyone who needs a great dental practice. | ||
