| I have had terrible service from Winaire in Montserrat. My wife and another couple waited two hours with no representative at the airport - our flight was cancelled and we had to seek out a Winair employee who was unable to provide any useful information. They are difficult to reach by telephone and do not respond to emails. There should be greater accountability for this airlines since they are the only public carrier to several east carribean islands. | ||
