| My Uncle, John Demetriades, had his will completed by Mr. Rambaum and when my Aunt passed away he called his office two times and left messages, but no return phone calls were received. My Uncle was interested in seeking elder care advice. I am writing because I was very upset today when in the mail my Uncle received a post card addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Fay Demetriades. It is one thing to ignore follow up contacts of a client, but then to send a post card addressed to the deceased (Fay) is outrageous. | ||
