| Yea I agree on all the above, Its very important to check many little details like leaks, insulation, etc. But as important is to maintain the AC-Air Conditioning system or Heating system (in winter) well maintained. if the AC and heating are not working properly no mater how insulated everything is you still will have big bills. If you maintain your Air Condition and heating systems you will save on the long run. I had this problem for about 2 years until my friend told me to check my system and boom!! saving money, bills droped down drastically! ;) Alan If you need a checkup I would recommend these guys http://www.nrgair.com they are great!
